For Free, Startup, and Scaleup plans, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. For enterprise customers on our Unicorn plan, we offer custom service-level agreements.

Eligibility

Our website, products, and services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Nordcraft, including our website, platform, and user-generated content, are the property of Nordcraft. By using our platform, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials without our express written consent.

User Content

By using our platform, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish using Nordcraft. We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content, but by using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and modify any user-generated content for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

Nordcraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform or services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for our services.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Nordcraft is registered (Denmark). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of the country where Nordcraft is registered (Denmark).

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Nordcraft with respect to your use of our website, products, and services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Changes to the terms & Conditions

Due to the constant updates and changes made by us to improve the Services and ensure that you can use them in a seamless way and that the Services can interoperate with third-party platforms, we may add, alter, or remove functionalities from a Service at any time. Moreover, we may implement any updates to the Services (including security updates) that will be applicable to some or all users collectively at any time.
